Uttam is a 5th year RMT and has graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in with honors in both Clinical and Academic Sciences. His passion for a balanced lifestyle and interest in Anatomy, Physiology and Kinesiology drove him towards a career in manual therapy. He believes that biomechanical pain is generally related to muscular imbalance, weakness or lack of mobility in the kinetic chain, as well as the idea that physiology and psychology are strongly correlated. Uttam strives to address the root cause of his patients’ complaints and not just their symptoms through a variety of techniques like Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, Myofascial Stretch and Joint Mobilization blended with Swedish and Relaxation based movements in a slow and moderate to deep Yin-Yoga style of treatment, coupled with breathwork to calm the nervous system and achieve the most out of the treatment. He also treats a number of pre and post-natal patients and is interested in further education in Graston, Cranio-Sacral and Advanced Fascial Stretching. Uttam enjoys working on posture correction and assisting his patients in meeting their goals of being strong, pain free and mobile. He has also discovered an interest in the psychology especially related to Polyvagal Theory, Attachment Theory, Core Trauma and PTSD and how our past affects our present.. In the past, Uttam has dabbled in engineering before moving to Canada for a University diploma in Adventure Sports Management in 2013. He has since managed a coffee shop, been a whitewater raft guide in Jasper, swift water rescue technician with Kamloops Search and Rescue, automotive service technician, and a tow truck driver on the Coquihalla highway.

Hello, I’m Jenna, a Registered Acupuncturist who believes acupuncture is a conduit to remind the body, mind, and spirit of its capacity to heal. What brought me to Acupuncture was my journey with pregnancy loss and complications. This experience made me curious and more aware of how emotions influence various aspects of suffering. Now, I am passionate about helping others cultivate emotional resilience using Acupuncture.
I have experience working with those who are new to Acupuncture, and experience different levels of needle phobia; I am happy to meet you where you are at during a treatment through continuous communication and consent.
I have enjoyed treating acute emotional transitions and chronic emotional sensitivities, such as heartbreak, grief, OCD, PMDD, anxiety disorders, depression, and medication transitions. As well as concussion and brain injury recovery, viral infection flare-ups, nervous system and hormonal regulation, pregnancy loss(miscarriage and/or abortion), digestive discomfort, scar needling, pain management, and more.
Most importantly, throughout my clinical experience, I have found immense value in developing a sincere ability to listen and sit with those asking for support.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy a day without an agenda, surrounding myself with trusted friends and family, and watching my rescue dog, Sybil, experience life.

Welcome. Here, I offer a place to slow down, to feel safe, and to come home to yourself. My practice is rooted in rest, ritual, safety, and trust.
I carry with me the teachings of my queerness and my Indigenous ancestry, rooted in Penelakut and Tlingit lineages. Each is a path of remembering, each a reminder that we heal through connection. I also hold the threads of my Swedish and Dutch ancestry, which weave alongside these teachings and shape who I am. Together, they call me back to community, to belonging, and to the truth of my being. In turn, I offer this way of being to those I work with: a space grounded in authenticity, reciprocity, and care.
I believe that when we are offered space to soften, to be seen, heard, and cared for without expectation, something within us begins to remember its own wholeness. Healing doesn’t always come from doing more, but from resting deeply enough to listen to the wisdom our bodies already hold.
Here, care becomes ritual. Each session is an invitation to return to yourself: to breathe, to release, to rediscover. Safety, reciprocity, and care guide everything I do, because I know that being truly supported is itself a form of healing. This work is not about fixing, but about remembering, remembering that you are whole, worthy of rest, and deserving of gentleness.
I always strive to make my clinic room a safe and trauma-informed space. Please let me know if there’s anything I can do to make you more comfortable during your appointment.

Hello! I’m Sasha Ormiston — Registered Acupuncturist, co-owner of Opal Wellness, and founder of Nurture and Flo Wellness Clinic.
I’m endlessly inspired by the magic of nature, the quiet beauty woven through everyday life, and my journies through life, pregnancy, motherhood and healing. These experiences have shaped both who I am and how I practice — guiding me to create clinic spaces that feel deeply nurturing, intuitive, and rooted in care.
I’ve been practicing acupuncture for over 12 years, and my approach has continued to evolve alongside the many individuals I’ve had the honour of supporting. My treatments are grounded in the belief that true wellness happens when we tend to the nervous system and emotional body, not just the physical. Whether supporting clients through hormonal shifts, fertility journeys, skin concerns, or times of emotional overwhelm, my work is always about creating safety, balance, and connection from within.
Over the years, I’ve developed a deep love for facial acupuncture and microneedling — gentle, natural treatments that support everything from fine lines to acne to rosacea and more. But for me, beauty is about so much more than appearance. It’s about feeling at home in your body and in your skin — and I love helping clients find that with the holistic effects of acupuncture.
I also support clients through all stages of their reproductive health — from hormone balancing and fertility support to pregnancy care and postpartum recovery. Working with the cycles and transitions of the body is one of the most meaningful parts of my practice, especially knowing how much this medicine supported me in my own journey.
I’m passionate about sharing the magic and medicine of acupuncture in a way that’s both accessible and deeply supportive. I’m proud of the care environments we’ve built at Opal and Nurture & Flo — spaces where healing feels personal, powerful, and full of heart.

Hi, I’m Nicola –
I help individuals and couples navigate life and relationships, and I invite you to bring your full, authentic self into our work together.
I tend to think of therapy as “work hard, play hard” – with a generous side of empathy, honesty, and humour. It’s a space to help you recognize your strengths, take ownership of your successes (and fuck-ups), while providing support, and offering new perspectives – So you can dive deep into those big feelings, chat through the uncomfortable stuff, and explore everything life throws at you, human to human.
In my one-to-one work with individuals, I love supporting folks who are:
  - Working through the pains of perfectionism
- Going through big life changes – Whether you’re figuring out a new career path, debating going back to school, ending a relationship, moving to another city, or deciding to have kids…
- Asking the big questions like, Who am I? What do I care about most? What do I want for myself?
- Riding the rollercoaster of relationships – From dating, to family, to friendships, to exploring your sexuality, opening your relationship, or building a life with someone
- Struggling to build confidence or feel like you’re always getting in your own way
In my work with couples, I’m passionate about helping partners reconnect, communicate better, and navigate life’s messy, beautiful moments together. I aim to help you and your partner(s):
  - Talk so your partner(s) actually hear [aka – understands] you
- Feel like a real team instead of two opposing forces
- Make the hard conversations a bit easier and more productive
- Imagine new ways to improve your sex life
- Create closeness, even in long-distance relationships
- Explore the complexities of being intentionally child-free
Whether you’re dating, married, navigating non-monogamy, long-distance, or intentionally child-free – I’m here to support you. Relationships are deeply personal, but they don’t have to be figured out alone. Let’s roll up our sleeves and explore what’s working, what’s not, and what kind of connection you want to build moving forward.
with salt,
Nicola

I am a Craniosacral Therapist, also offering Somato-Emotional Release (Trauma Imprint Repair) and Visceral Manipulation within my practice. I use a combination of Biodynamic and Biomechanical techniques, with more focus on Biodynamic. I adjust my approach depending on my clients’ needs.
As a highly sensitive person and intuitive empath, I am especially adept at treating sensitive individuals and intuiting which areas need attention most. When the body knows where to focus its energy, it is profoundly capable of healing itself. The Craniosacral Practitioner locates the areas needing attention, and essentially shines a light to support the body in healing itself. Often, what our body needs most is different from our mind’s narrative, so in listening to the body’s prompts, the root cause of illness can be revealed and targeted more effectively, enabling lasting results.
One of the many things I love about Craniosacral is that it allows and facilitates healing on all levels – mind, body, and spirit. Because it works by addressing the nervous system directly, it is particularly suited to alleviating any kind of dysregulation or imbalance, including hormonal, emotional, physical, mental, and more. Chronic and acute pain, stress and anxiety, emotional and physical trauma, sleep disorders, head, spinal and other injuries, sinusitis, headache, hay fever… are just some of the many issues that Craniosacral Therapy can help to alleviate. Despite how gentle it is, it can have profound, lasting, and life-altering effects. I myself have found it an essential catalyst in my healing journey, which is what led me to practice this modality with enthusiasm, curiosity, and genuine passion. I truly love this work, and am excited to share it with you.
I offer Craniosacral Therapy and Somato-Emotional Release virtually as well as in-person. My virtual hours are more flexible than my in-person as I can give this type of treatment from home as well.
When I’m not busy tuning into my patients’ Craniosacral rhythm, I enjoy being by the sea or in the forest, foraging, hiking with my rottie – Winston, plunging in rivers, identifying birds, and generally revelling in everything nature has to offer.
